What is a Down Payment Assistance Program?
One of the vehicles we use to assist with purchasing a home is MyHome Assistance Program created by the California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA). We also have the experience of working directly with hosing finance agencies, realtors, home builders and other down payment resources.
When applying for Down Payment Assistance, here is what you need to know:

To be eligible for this program, you must be a first time homebuyer

If it has been at least three years since you last owned and occupied a home, you are considered a first time homebuyer

Just because you are unable to afford a large down payment doesn't mean your dreams of home ownerships is lost. We will work with you until we find a solution, whether it is through down payment assistance or a mortgage product that does not require a large down payment.
